SEPHORA Precision Pore Cleansing Pad

Jamie from Beauty & the Gamer mentioned how much she loved this little pore cleansing pad from Sephora, so I picked one up. It is $7.00 and I find that to be a little pricey for a tiny piece of plastic that probably costs less than 50 cents to make, but she raved about it so I bought one anyway!

Summer time is coming up, and that usually wreaks havoc on many peoples skin! I suffer from imperfect skin and I am always on the look out for things that might help me out. This little pore cleansing pad is meant to invigorate the skin and clean pores, while exfoliating and softening the skin. I have used it in and out of the shower, but I think I like using it in the shower best. If I use it out of the shower, I will apply cleanser to my face and then rub the scrubby all over my face to massage in the cleanser. In the shower, I just put a dollop of cleanser directly on the pad and apply it to my wet face. It feels very nice- it isn't abrasive at all! It is relaxing to cleanse my face with this cleansing pad. I am not sure if I've noticed any results yet, but I will keep using it because it certainly isn't doing any damage!
If anyone has a suggestion for where you can find a similar product for cheaper, leave it in the comments! I am sure that this thing is probably sold elsewhere for less than $7.00 + tax? It looks like something you could find at the dollar store, although I've never noticed one there before.

  1. I got mine attached to a L'oreal cleanser that I tried awhile back. I think it was called "Go 360" or something like that? It's a complete line of cleansers & I'm pretty sure each one came with it's own scrubbie. I think I paid about 10 bucks for both maybe less, I think I may have picked it up on sale at Shoppers...can't quite remember! :)

    1. yes I thought so too! I mean $7 isn't any huge price, but for a little silicon pad? It seems a bit steep!

  4. It looks soft but does the points hurt? I am not sure if there is one around where I live. :-)

  5. I was going to ask if it was harsh on the skin but it sounds like it *could* work.

  7. If you find over time that it is working for you then it's worth it, but if you don't really notice any results, $7 is too much then. I think it just depends on what results you see - I haven't seen anything like that elsewhere (but who knows- maybe at Winners?) lol! They seem to have really good deals on just about everything else!

  12. OH I like this a lot! It came with my L'oreal 360 exfoliating washes though, I think it's more worth it to get it with the Loreal! It gives you the product and the scrubbie :)))

    1. I just saw this at Zehrs last night, the cleanser was on sale for 5.69/bottle! that is less than the price of my scrubbie! I looked closely at the scrubbie that came with the bottle and I think the Sephora one looks a liiiittle bit higher quality but I still over paid for it!

  13. This exact same product is sold by Spa Resources at Walmart for $1.97! It's not a "dupe", it's literally the same thing (same colour, same size, same pattern...it's exact!). I'm shocked at Sephora right now...
