GUEST POST: review on Rocky Mountain Soap Company's Pomegranate Day Cream

Hello lovely readers! Today I am featuring my first EVER guest post! My sister is not a blogger, but you can follow her on twitter. I asked her to try out Rocky Mountain Soap Company's daily moisturizer for dry skin. As many of you know, I have oily combination skin and I didn't think their moisturizer would be right for me. Holly has dry skin and so I thought she would enjoy this product more. Here is her review:
When my sister asked me to try and review a moisturizer for her beauty blog, I gladly agreed. Ever since my skin type changed to moderately-dry in my early teens I have been on a never-ending search for a decent moisturizer to prevent dryness without causing acne. Some of the more recent brands I’ve tried include Aveeno, Biore, Mary Kay, Lancome, Estee Lauder, Biotherm and Lush. Prior to trying Rocky Mountain’s Pomegranate Day Cream, my daily moisturizer was Lush’s Skin Drink – a fairly heavy facial moisturizer. While Skin Drink beat out all the other brands I’d tried previously, it still failed to completely eliminate those small flaky patches of dry skin that occasionally show up on my cheeks, chin, nose and forehead (most apparent when I wear foundation). One of the things I liked about Lush’s Skin Drink was the abundance of natural ingredients, which is a benefit that the Rocky Mountain Soap Company’s Pomegranate Day cream also fulfils as it boasts a 100% natural list of ingredients. Not only is the Rocky Mountain Day Cream all natural, but it actually keeps my face moisturized all day long, doesn’t cause acne and eliminates those pesky dry patches I’ve always struggled with. I was also impressed with the fact that the day cream isn’t too heavy and smells very fresh, which are two things I’ve found to be rare in moisturizers created for dry skin. I have been using this moisturizer every day for close to a month and still have more than three quarters of the 60ML bottle. Overall, I am extremely impressed with this product and will definitely purchase another bottle once the one I have runs out. I look forward to seeing if it holds up its amazing moisturizing abilities when my skin gets even dryer in the winter, fingers crossed!

I am so happy she was able to find a HG moisturizer to help with her dry patches! What is your HG moisturizer? I am still searching for mine! I've been using Philosophy Hope in a Jar Oil-Free for a long while now but while I like it, the scent is gross.
