The Rules:
1. Nominate 15 fellow bloggers who are relatively new to blogging.
2. Let them know that you have nominated them.
3. Share 7 random facts about yourself.
4. Thank the bloggers that have nominated you.
5. Add the Versatile Blogger Award picture to your blog post.
Random Factoids:
1. I come from an unusually large family- I am the eldest of nine children! There are five boys and four girls. My youngest sister is almost three.
2. I love Hello Kitty! I have tons of Hello Kitty merchandise and I don't care if its childish, she makes me happy :)
3. I went to university for the wrong program without knowing it. I studied psychology when I should've enrolled in social work. I find the information that high schools gave to their students back when I graduated in regards to college/university to be flawed. I hope it has improved.
4. I don't eat meat. I consume fish, though. This makes me a pescetarian. I haven't eaten meat since age 17.
5. I hate driving but I couldn't live without the independence I have due to owning a car.
6. My favourite colour is turquoise. I have lots of turquoise eye shadows but I can't pull them off.
7. I am obsessed with Mario! and I love playing video games. Since moving into my newest apartment I never play xbox because I have a crappy TV. I need to invest in a flat screen. I also was a 3DS. Oh and I need a tablet. I think I might buy a used Blackberry Playbook soon.

DeleteThanks for this! I'm always looking to find good beauty blogs!
ReplyDeleteyou're welcome! definitely check them all out- they rock!
DeleteOOOO thank you! I love these sorts of tags :D Also i totally agree with number 3. At 18 years old (in england thats the age anyways) we are forced to make the most important decision and that is deciding what to do with the rest of our lives without any knowledge or experience! So the university course I ended up taking was totally wrong for me also :(
ReplyDeleteyes, in Canada it's usually 17-18 as well. The smartest people take time off between highschool and university to decide what they really want to do!!
DeleteThank you for the tag! High school tells you nothing about what to major in at university! I switched majors twice in my first degree and then realized I should have gone into Applied Sciences hence my going back again resulting in ten freakin' years of school!
ReplyDeleteaah yes, our generation is the generation of never-ending schooling! its expensive! haha.
DeleteHi there! Thanks for dropping by my blog. I've visited and I am in love with your blog! I'm now following you. Congratulations on your new award.

DeleteI just saw this today - you're so sweet; thanks so much! I will check out the other blogs that are new to me. Congrats on the award! I, also hate to drive (HATE it) but do it when I absolutely have to. How about a chauffeured town car instead? That would be so nice.
ReplyDeleteyay now your comments are showing! woohoo.
DeleteI would LOVE a chauffeured town car, oh my. maybe when I win the lottery. if I played the lottery? haha.
Wow, NINE CHILDREN!? And I thought I was rare. I'm the youngest of five. Thanks for mentioning me :) Try a matte blue instead of turquoise. The one i'm thinking about is the blue shade from the Loreal infallible eyeshadow collection. I'm scared of blue eyeshadows too so I haven't picked it up but I'm really tempted to and so i'm sure i will one day.
ReplyDeleteyes, I know! big families are so rare these days so it's always shocking when people hear how many of us there are!
DeleteI love the idea of wearing bright eyeshadows but I cannot pull them off. I wonder if its my skin tone? I will check out the one you mentioned though!!
Congrats! love your blog!
ReplyDeletekeep posting dear!
